We are now in our 5th year of doing business in the Pikes Peak Region as a small specialty contractor working on interior and exterior building projects. We offer metal stud framing, drywall, and a variety of acoustical applications.

Diane and Howie Schommer are the original members of the LLC. This past year Mike Schommer has become a member of the LLC as well. Mike brings with him a B. A. in business management from Adams State College in Alamosa, CO. Mike manages all the field operations and coordinates the warehouse operations as well.

As we continue to grow so does our staff. We now have an Office Manager ( Claire ), Estimating team ( Sonja and Art ), Accountant/Controller ( Vickie ), Project Manager/Estimator ( Michaela ), and Warehouse Manager ( Nick ).

We also continue to add to our field staff some of the regions most qualified Superintendents, Foremen and Craftsmen. Tony, Kim, Ray, Ron, Don and Dave have been a mainstay of leadership in the field operations day-to-day tasks.

We recently acquired some new and very talented Craftsmen that have shown foremanship quality, leading by example and the eagerness to learn how our operations work. Devor has been running projects for us along with Elmo and doing a very good job. Both are committed to providing above average services to our clients.

Along with all of our Craftsmen and the leadership of all of the above mentioned, Schommer Construction LLC continues to work at providing VALUE, QUALITY, and COMMITMENT to all of our projects.
